Refund policy

We hope that your Thackray piece will be treasured for many years. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of that notification. Scarves should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Personalised or bespoke pieces made specifically for you may not be eligible for cancellation or return, except where they are faulty or not as described. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
